Abstract:
CAR-T manufacturing remains one of the key barriers to broader access, with conventional workflows often requiring complex infrastructure, extended processing time, and high operational cost. This video summary reviews the GoFast CAR-T workflow on the MARS Atlas platform and how its closed, integrated process is designed to simplify manufacturing from T-cell selection through activation, transduction, and harvest.
Based on data presented at ASGCT, the video highlights GoFast CD19/BCMA CAR-T manufacturing, product characterization, preclinical mouse model results, and early clinical observations from an ongoing severe, refractory myasthenia gravis cohort. The presentation offers a concise overview of how rapid manufacturing may support CAR-T process development, functional performance, and future accessibility-focused cell therapy programs.
